With so much uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 threat and possible shelter-in-place mandates, we want to share with you the steps we are taking to help slow the potential infection rate in our community while continuing to care for our clients.
We are committed to the well-being of our clients and teammates. As such, we are cancelling in-person meetings in our office but remain open for business and available for telephone and video conference meetings through our computers, mobile phones, GoToMeeting, and more.
As we previously communicated, we have a business continuity plan that can be put into effect in the event of a business disruption. This plan has been tested and proven to successfully allow us to continue our operations and to fully serve our clients remotely. Currently, we have our teammates on a weekly rotation, each alternating between in-office and remote work. Maintaining separation of our staff mitigates the risk of infection for all of us.
Please know that we are here for you. As always, we can be reached through e-mail and telephone without interruption.
Our thoughts are with all of you as we navigate these unprecedented times.
